Do you do the whole dipping parts into carbon fibre thing,

I'v also got some very good carbon vinly which is what the badges are done with, The real stuff is very time consuming and difficult to get right

There not dipped, you can either make molds of the orignal part and then lay the carbon fabric into it, Or you can wrap the part in the carbon fabric. The bit's I have done are wraped.
