That is quite some bend from the turbo to exhaust? Will that adversely affect it in anyway?

well.. the downpipe has been running at 35psi boost, 9000rpm, and made >600bhp... with low egt's so its working fine i think

We have a big 155mm cutting disc mounted on the bench. You can get 3/4 tight bends from 1 bend. Comes out really neat. The tightest 90 bend that ive found so far is from Jetex. Its not great as its mig'd down the middle and a tad rough.

No I use 76mm 316L stainless steel 1D & 1.5D bends.. on mine - Aalco supplied if thats of help.
(I have them in stock btw)

is this one the same size as the 1D you have

im not happy with the lower section. but trying to do it by yourself its hard and i only had 90s i think i need to get two 45s to get it past the propshaft

yea pretty much looks the same
cutting 90's into other shapes is what we do to get the angle differences
