That is quite some bend from the turbo to exhaust? Will that adversely affect it in anyway?
We have a big 155mm cutting disc mounted on the bench. You can get 3/4 tight bends from 1 bend. Comes out really neat. The tightest 90 bend that ive found so far is from Jetex. Its not great as its mig'd down the middle and a tad rough.

No I use 76mm 316L stainless steel 1D & 1.5D bends.. on mine - Aalco supplied if thats of help.Bill is that the same bend as what you have used
Do a search for stainless donuts. I used part of one on my downpipe and it was a very tight bend. Got mine from the US

top part of yours does'nt look bad, the lower section looked a little cut/shut
is this one the same size as the 1D you have
im not happy with the lower section. but trying to do it by yourself its hard and i only had 90s i think i need to get two 45s to get it past the propshaft
