whats is the handling like compared to the standard set up?
where did you get your coilovers from and how much?
what other mods have you done?

Just got 20,000 miles service done today

bad news she needs new rear brake pads and discs in the next 5000 miles,
so i'll be putting the coilovers back and brakes come first. while am on the the rear discs and pads i'll get the new front as well.

am thinking Tarox discs (G88's) all round and Tarox pads on the rear,
but Tarox dont do front pads for the Seat Sport AP Racing caliper.

does anybody know of any uprated pads that will fit the Seat Sport AP Racing caliper?

any advice on uprated discs and pads welcome
help please

you should check damoegans thread he has uprated discs and pads on his cupra and they work really well from what ive read. i beleive the pads are ds2000 or somthing like that heard nothing but good things about those pads.

Seat Sport Strut Brace arrived today

and

LCR Front Splitter which i got from Awesome GTi the other week just haven't got round to fitting it yet hopefully this week

waiting for my new front tyres coming tomorrow and then i can take them to get fit, so i can get off my nearly sick pzero's

cheers m8, one of the 1st mods i would recommend is a remap, i was very happy with the difference in performance when i got mine done, it was well worth the money.

That torque figure must be wrong, thats more torque than a mk2 leon fr tdi with remap and dpf delete.

Its also more torque than my k1 if true!

thats what the rr results were after my uprated clutch was fitted. am going to take it for another rr test when i get time, to find out if its a true result.

i got a spare half an hour in the light and fitted my Seat Sport Strut Brace

before

now just need new tyres fit so i can see how much of a difference the strut brace makes.

t1s's arrived wednesday getting them fit tomorrow morning can't wait to get off my near slicks

what a dfference in grip between the Pzero's and T1R's. T1R's are loads better at gripping when setting off fast.
the strut brace and T1R's have made my handling better, i didn't think the strut brace would make the difference it has. i highly recommend if you haven't got strut brace get 1 as your next mod.

i want some on the back now but i dont want to bin 2 tyres with quite abit of tred still on them.

You should stick the new tyres on the rear and wear down the old tyres so that you can change them too!

Also, it is recommended to have the best rubber on the rear of the car anyway... stops it getting tail happy under heavy braking in the wet!

no sorry i haven't got any sound clips,
but with the Milltek downpipe decat pipe sounds really nice, the turbo alot louder. Milltek resonated cat back isn't really any louder than standard till my car revs above 3000rpm, where it gets louder and sounds really nice.

have a search on youtube for milltek exhausts these clips of ibiza tdi on there.

just spent a few hours looking through loads of threads, and i have come up with a list of mods i want to get done by the end of the year.

1st up brakes, pads ds2500 front and pagid rears pads and tarox discs all round am going to order this week.

then these mods when i have the money to spend,
kw v1 coilovers
20mm rear spacers
rear ARB

not to sure what you mean by rumble? but the exhaust note fades off slowly when the revs drop, sounds good. am very happy with the sound of the exhaust.
i'll get a video of the exhaust sound and post it on here soon.
