loving the carbon badges. You could have a market for those I reckon!
I just hope you dont have a pet else I can see that being treated to a carbon coating!

Got to do it properly by cutting the tin roof out and bonding a pukka skin in mind....

Don't start. I've got this image of DK taking his roof lining out so he can stroke his carbon fibre roof whilst he's driving :S

After seeing the stuff they use to wrap the roof with I would'nt put it on mine, IF I was to it would have to be real Carbon, the same with the bonnet.

What do you take me for

not sure if you have seen this thread http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=235084 ive not seen the s badge surround done before. reminded me how much you like carbon when i saw it.

really like what you have done with the front bumper looks good.

;)

DK what stuff did you use for the rear badge? as i majorly struggled doing mine with the same stuff i did the front one and grill surround with. Is the rear badge on the mk1 leons the same idea as the mk4 ibizas where they double up as a latch too? Any help would be appreciated as the rear one needs doing asap!

Cars looks great btw, was my inspiration for my carbon journey too, mines just going really slow though :(

Scott-o, This is what I used
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0461679094&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT
It's very flexible and easy to work with, It's almost fabric like,
Just cut a squire of the carbon a bit bigger than the badge, lay it over it in one peice, I then used an old credit crad to press the carbon into the recess' and then trim it with a very sharp craft knife'
I think the rear badge is the same sort of thing as you have on your's

did you order yours from Korea then and it arrived okay? That video makes it look kinda easy compared to the last stuff i bought! Cheers for the info :)

You are going carbon mad, but it looks good and you've obviously got the hang of it. What about doing the number plate bit and then moving your plate to the bottom of the bumper?

Let me know when you start taking orders, ill get you to carbon my roof!!!!

In all seriousness, it looks cool man! :D

If you want the roof done I know someone who was doing them for around £200, and He's not too far from you
