Vinyl Wrapping

Well the day finally came and I got the roof wrapped!

It needs a good polishing and then waxing at the weekend once the vinyl has fully bonded with the roof.

Very pleased with it!

Raccoon. They are based near Pontefract which was a bit of a drive for me but I managed to organise it into a night away with the wife which kept her sweet!

£99+vat which was a cracking deal compared to what others are quoting

Very difficult to photograph! The edge is taped up prior to applying the vinyl then they cut it to fit the area. It looks fine, if you were to be really picky you could say its not perfectly straight but then the roof edging isn't either!

It might look cool to also extend the Black vinyl over the top of the bootlid spoiler too.
(just in the middle part of the spoiler, up to the ridges seen towards the sides - best seen in 3rd pic from the top)?

It has a 5 year guarantee. You can polish and wax it just like paint. When you get sick of it you simply take it off and the paint is perfectly preserved underneath.

Cheers bizzaboy! I did consider getting the boot done like you said. But, I really like the contrast you get between the roof, boot spoiler and tinted rear window

The paint work is preserved under neath but you have to remember that the non covered paintwork will fade unless looked after properly.
Just look at vans that have been sign written , you can still see outlines of where vans were sign written and have had it removed.

So as long as you look after the rest of your paint work you will be fine.
