hahaha...just got my seat sport stickers so they add a few horses!
when you say smoothed air intake? i got the pd160...then clipped a bit off the actually adaptor bit...that what you have done?
)Clutch slip comes from 2 things. One is that the engine generates torque levels which simply over whelming the clutch leading to sustained slipping say full throttle up hill, this is usually at a much higher level than the maximum torque level. The torque limit is usually set at a level that when you floor the throttle & a turbo, or super-charger, goes on-boost instantly the sudden 'impact' of the torque spike can be held. With that type of spike it can easily rip the two friction surfaces apart, this is seen by a momentary slip when you suddenly floor the throttle & usually happens at higher rpm when the turbo is producing elevated pressure on a cruising throttle & the throttle is suddenly floored.clutch is good to 300lbs...but seen people with more and still been fine, its more about how you drive it!
im pretty gentle with mine and wait till im up in the rev range before pushing it..usually about 2500-3000
hi sport rider,
is the power smooth throughout the rev range? i am looking to get my PD150 mapped and i dont want a the power to come as one big lump as with some tuning companies...
Thanks mate.
Not sure where you are but for the North try RS Tuning in Leeds or Awesome GTi in Manchester.
Edit, for the people that have had maps from P Torque, have you had it rolling roaded anywhere else?

Hi
Here a dyno run carried out on a 130PD with P-Torque remap from another dyno...

If you search you find loads from dyno days at various companies
Why is there a big dip just before reaching peak torque?
