thats sounds great! mind you i dont like the look of the k1 i know it stands out more than the normal btcc kit but tooo loud for me prefer the raw look of a lcr! if that makes sence. wats your car running atm?

Well its a 2005 54 in bright red. 49k, fsh, i planned on keeping the car for years but i'v sinse got a job in media city in manc. 100 miles round trip, just too much on juice. The guy previous has spent a fortune on getting it ready for for stage 3 but never got it done. It needs injectors and a stage 3 map and its about 310bhp ish?? Coilovers, fmic, full miltek, equal manifold, all uprated engine interanls with receipted and ofcourse k04 hybrid turbo. wheel spacers. It is seriously sorted. Al send you some pics over pal.

dont think your need injector
a large intake manifold would help
mine had a equal length and was hitting 310 with silmilar spec to yours apart from larger maf, larger intake manifold but no uprated internals

standard intake should be fine on this as its not being maxxed out at all on a KKK turbo

Traction will always be a problem with a front wheel drive car with 250bhp+, its just the nature of the beast.

You wont/shouldn't have any problems with relieability with a IHI or GT28RS aslong as its mapped properly.

i have a mate running an ihi kit at 330bhp and he has no bother on standard internals at all

Personally I would love to get 300bhp and it's something I have my eye on once a good uprated exhuast manifold is made.

I had a little poke with a new M3 convertible yesterday and I wasn't overly impressed with it. Maybe his ponsey haircut and oakley sunglasses (not trying to stereotype, this was true :D) were stopping him driving so well but I was expecting him to leave me for dust. He was pushing is as the tail was getting jittery even on the swooping dual carriageway bend.

I have 4 lb/ft more torque than him, 150bhp less than him but I am almost 500kg lighter.

Anyway, back on subject. I think a 300bhp LCR would be a serious weapon when on the move.
