I'm happy with my New Seat, but not the dealer!
Bought a car through telephone and using auto e bid system to get a low price, added alarm as an option (costs £170) amongst other things, my fault didn't get a writen confirmation. Bought the car, but now the dealer denies all knowledge the alarm option was agreed to.. Still have the email they sent through auto e bid to confirm the alarm option but can't even seem to contact anyone at auto e bid on phone.
Wills and Ellis of York it seems don't do the pre delivery inspection too well either.. It wasn't signed off in the log book and once you have parted with money aren't too happy to help. As the Lights or hand brake wasn't adjusted properly.
My sales rep said he will check his records and will give me a call back but haven't even when I left messages again, its been 2 days.
I live in London or I would have taken the car back..
But at least Im happy with Seat!
