Rainbow Comps crackle when engine is on

Got a set of Rainbow CMX
all installed and amped up
Car is Mk4 Ibiza

problem has developed that when the engine is off it sounds awesome yet as soon as the engine is turned on the passenger side crackles like fook and sounds sheet. (drivers side is fine)

i have the power and phono's running down the passenger side and the cables to the crossovers down the drivers side.
checked all wiring and all is fine
when revving the engine it doesnt make any difference to the crackle so i presume this is not alternator whine.
cant be the crossovers as its fine when the engine is off.
swapped the phonos over on the amp (l+r swapped) so send signal to the other speakers but the problem is still only on the passenger side.
ground is ok as its fine when engine is off, even at decent volumes,


Stuck for anymore ideas as to what it can be.

Have you made sure the connections from wire to speaker isn't touching the inner metal door card?
And just check that the speaker is not directly metal to metal as it may cause this?

put money on it being this

it was the amp. somehow blown one of the channels.
changed it from running bridged to just running on ch3&4
so its all good now

run the power wire down one side on its own and the phono's down the other side.this will stop the noise
