my understanding is that the 17" models will come with a spacesaver whilst the 18" models have a full size spare. I think this is probably true as far as the fr and cupra are concerned but i've no idea what happens with the lower spec / smaller wheel models.

A lot of work indeed.

Personally I prefer the rotary temp controls of the facelifted dash, but the aircon screen has been replaced with led indications.

Correct. Its rather nice to have both make the radio that bit more useful

Going back a few posts now, but 100% for sure, an FR with standard fit 17" wheels does not have the horrid boot hump, just a nice flat bottom boot.

And don't be mean about this car, it's mine and you will upset me.

Well I thought the new facelift looked class. So I bought one!

I am a bit puzzled like, my white FR came with black gloss wing mirrors. Not sure why as it states silver mirrors in the brochure.

They put the Cupra mirror caps on at the retailer, that's probably why. Congrats and welcome.

Parking sensors aren't what they used to be. Sure they used to be smaller or is this in line with the Euro ''Dr Spock'' Wing Mirror Report
