Cupra K1 gearknob on Mk1 Cupra

Hi all,

Does anyone know if a Cupra K1 gear knob will fit a Mk1 LC/LCR? I've searched but the only thread with any info didn't actually answer the question. I know that supposedly Mk2 Leon gearknobs will fit the Mk1, but the K1 knob is probably a little different?

Basically someone on eBay has a load of them for £30 each, which is pretty awesome when they usually go on auction for about £60.

Just want a bit of reassurance before I go spending my money!

The seller says it'll fit but how much am I willing to trust them....
