I have one in my 2004 cupra and really happy with it. Simple to fit (its the same thickness shaft on the mk1 as mk2 so no movement) and as above just use a cable tie which is hidden away under the gaitor as the mk2 gearknob is angled where the gaitor fits and the mk1 is flat so the snap on plastic clip doesnt work. Im really pleased with mine and will try and post a pic after. Have a chat with Dave Hawthorne on here as im sure that they aint that much new from seat direct and rather give him the cash than a random.
