My best is 67mpg, thats coming home from work on twisty A roads total distance 19 miles, not using the brakes using engine brake instead, reading the traffic ahead, keeping the speed under 40mph, keeping the rpm at 1000rpm 99% the time except when going up hill changing to 5th gear 1500rpm to 2000rpm to use the turbo to accelerate gently etc etc.
Although my car is superchipped to 209bhp which makes it more efficient anyway.
My overall average is 47.8mpg.
I normally get between 500 and 600 miles from a tank of diesel, I have not tried wilson's yet, i cant beleive though that there is a cost per mile benefit from using fuel additives? Does the cost of the bottle save you more than the cost of the bottle in mpg??
If I drive very hard on the same roads I can get the mpg down to 30mpg but I cant get the average any lower no matter how hard I try.
