I am currently away in Mexico.
All I can say is we have had problems with TD turbos, and will not be using them anymore in the future.
We currently have a customer who has TD Stage 2, and it now seems the vains are sticking already
We fitted another turbo hybrided by them which smoked and had to be repaired under their warranty as they had made an error on a seal tolerance.
We are now is discussions with CR turbos to use their turbos instead.
It's all well and good blaming turbo dynamics and saying your going with someone else to supply turbo, but your still going to have the same problem if you don't check the turbo is the right one before you fit it and map it with the wrong software

mine said 376 on the sheet (first thing i checked). but didn't karl get it himself? so he'd would of seen it, or did td send turbo and sheet to p torque?
because it was my old turbo he sent to them.
Yes it was a GT1749VB it was off a rear ended golf that had only done 35000 miles I have had my EGR valve bypassed in ECU so i dont get the stuttering makes car alot more drivable. Not got a date yet hopefully 2nd week in june maybe
yeah looks great. Bet you cant wait you getting injectors upgraded? i was told you can get upto 250bhp if you do but smokey as hell. I use car day to day so keeping standard which only gets 220-235bhp.
