Been meaning to do this for a while. Have done the front 'S' badge black and the rears next, so thought I'd get rid of the silver CUPRA letters and go black.

The letters also held dirt and caught on drying towels.;)

Each to their own but I would personally prefer the other. I think the back of the car can look "empty" without the silver lettering. Nice to be different though I guess! :)

It looks O.K. and different although I think it would look better with the black letters in the same place as the OEM one's.

Someone has already done it on their White K1 and if you do a search you should be able to find some pics.

I think you have to be totally debadged to achieve the effect you are looking for.

Some of these efforts, and I won't say which as I know it is personal, have changed genuine cars into look-a-likes.

Donnyboy, your car looks immaculate, are you on detailing world?

I sure am. Got the same username.;)

I do keep my car very clean inside and out. The engine bay and wheel arches are also tip top. Its only done 9k mind you.

Where did you get the stickers from/what font are they!?

Cheers,

Hon

Got them from the vinyl store. http://www.thevinylstore.com/store/product.php?productid=52&cat=9&page=1

The one on the back is the smallest size they do.
