Also, finally got my LED Halo Angel Eyes Projector lamps! For months I've been waiting on my wishlist, I finally got it!

All I can say, the set was: 7/10 in terms of quality and for the beam quality pattern too. Not quite sharp as I expected, and doesn't disperse the light much as compared to any other OEM Projectors (BMW, Merc, etc). Tried during night-time with my 6000k HIDs, and I really need to set the beam pattern for RHD pattern. Highbeams are almost useless.

But yeah, it does turn some heads while driving in town during sunsets with my foglights switched on along with the LED Halo lights! :funk:

They look ok those lights and the interior is a nice change from everything else you see on here. Car is looking a lot better :)
Bodykit is the last one to go, then I'm kinda complete for the looks. Wanted for a "just-looks" car, not that fast but looks good.

Glad you liked it! You can use the flathead screw driver but I would recommend to slowly and carefully pry the side signal off to make sure you won't damage it. There's grooves, but what I did was just by-force, pushed the repeaters to one side, and pull it out.

Maybe someone else can recommend a better way?

That's all for now updates! I have an idea for doing side LED mirror signal lamps and cover off the old signal hole beside the front fenders? Would that be okay?

The last carbon-sticker didn't do well. It was peeling off so I decided to buy real carbon-fiber trims and re-do everything.

And the car's still having problem not having the kick-down switch on the pedal. Been months trying to sort that out. Can't reset the ECU via Throttle pressed all the way to the floor.

Fixed the kick-down problem as of lately. Bought a new bracket for the kick-down switch wall-bracket thingy. Also went for a service and transmission service altogether. Some new photos. With rear spoiler now fitted.

Thanks for the comment :)

As for the carbon B Pillar, it was custom made.. Made my own template for it, and yeah.. it works.

Should work with any Carbon Trims which are ready to cut. Still holding up until now.

Just experimenting with the amber LEDs. I kinda liking the looks of certain USDM with yellow side markers, so yeah. Thought of white LEDs before getting the amber one, but thought it might be too plain with all "whites" at the front! Thanks for suggesting though! ;)

Indeed it is some type of LED strips, but I would really preferred it to be CCFL as they're brighter and more uniformly litted! I know by time, certain LEDs in that ring would blow-out or something. :(

Might be a worthwhile mod doing so, customizing the lamps with CCFL (Umnitza comes in mind).

Thanks for the comment btw :D

Had a good detailing session with the car. Last month had a full-polish done by a local Meguiar's Car Saloon. (That'll remove some clearcoat oxidation I had on the roof) then the last 2 days, I applied a first coat of Meguiar's Techwax. Just today, I applied another coat.. I think it really shines!

Camphone images only though :(:

Did something to the engine bay soon. Throttle Hardpipes (After MAF), Black Couplers/Hoses. Will post pics of the latest engine bay look soon.

Next update:
- Repolish the SS Intake Pipes
- Getting new under engine cover bay (Lower Left, Under, Lower Right).
- Transgo Shift-kit 01M install

A glass might be an overstatement, but thanks for the comment :p

I already saw your CCFL DIY, what diameter did you went for? I think I wanna do on mine too. Where did you got yours?

------

Also, currently.. the engine bay feels quite warmer than usual. Not that I noticed of the change since it's like 35 degrees here on a hot mid-day, but I can actually feel the heatsoak. Should I do something with the coolant, intake gaskets?

Can the Newsouth gasket be fitted on my non-turbo AGN engine? Also which coolant should I use? It's running only water now.

I'm thinking for these:

- Draining the coolant
- Lower-rated Thermostats
- New Intake Gaskets

Hmm, maybe a Thermalwrap for the stock manifolds? Hmm.

I had to get 80mm CCFL rings and were of ebay.

35 deg eh, damn you!! good luck in over-coming that.

The cars have an aluminium head and need the correct ratio of the correct coolant, doing that will help to cool the temp, as the coolant cools the water too.

Unsure on the gaskets.
