Official 1/4 Mile Thread

I ran 15.06 bog standard as seen in simons chart.
last time i ran a 14.69 with apr stage2, blueflame turbo bk,bmc,forge fmic/tip and split-r.
Think i could easily of achived better if it wasnt so busy, got 5runs in 5hours.
Ohwell next time i have a 1/4 mile run wil have gt2x

Crail, but before you start slagging crail off, it was constant 15/15.1's and i raced several other standard cupras on same day and humped them

was definatley standard, just think the guy i raced in the other cupra had just got it, as he was running 15.7's. or maybe it was cause my car was decked on coilovers at front and not at the bk due to rubing lol

i recon coilies make a difference, especially if you stiffen rear and set the fronts as loose as they go, thats what i did anywayz

My times are on a par with other ko3s equiped cars at SANTA POD, if your going to slate something you need to have experienced it for yourself then you can compare until then rap up!

was the first and only time i've ever done 1/4 mile, as can tell got quicker

Believe it or not i've never done a 1/4 mile. The times i was supposed to do it something was up with my car. lol.

Will be doing some at Straford when i get my car sorted soon tho.

Also not forgetting the british gp this weekend so getting to pod would be awful. I was gonna go but after hearing how they are shutting some of the routes im giving it a miss

know how it feels mate, mine was off the road for 4 and half months when head gasket went!! was crap!

although i had a e30 325i, bit of sideways fun

14.2 @ 97mph was my best at Stratford this weekend.

Never done it before and only done 5 runs, so i was pretty crap, i wont make excuses but i know i can get about half a second off that with a car thats running right.

My first ever go at 1.4 mile was 1st Feb at Santa Pod. 1st run I spun up, 2nd run I improved by about 0.7sec! Was my fastest of the day. All other runs kept spinning and was around 14.8 all day! I swear I could have improved on 14.6!
