Id guess at no.
as a general rule
white smoke = water
blue smoke = oil (turbo)
black smoke = fuel (unburnt hydrocarbons)

Turbo

Ive got a 1.9TDI 150 FR, 2 weeks ago the coolant light came on and the car started kicking out white smoke.

The AA man couldnt tell what was wrong. He checked the head gasket, fine. I had lost coolant but there was no coolant leak and the car had plenty of oil.

Sent it off to the garage and turns out it was the turbo so I wouldnt rule it out yet.
