Ok done some tests with oil residue in inlet. Car starts as usual. Smoke on warm start, almost on every time after he sits for more then 5 minutes until it gets totaly cool. So It's probably not PCV. Not worth money to replace it or buy oil catch can. Must be the valve steams and valve guides. AVCUPRA290 does your car reps get unstabile when he puffs? For 1-2 sec?

Hi guys. Any changes in your cars behavior? Any luck with finding the issue? Winter came and what's different in my case is that he smokes the same as in summer (or even more-definitely more)- last winter he smoked less. I also observed bigger puffs (a huge ones-it's embarrassing when I start it somewhere public) when millage grows. Probably oil consumption is bigger too. So yep...it's getting worse and something is going to brake soon :). Car will be sold in short period of time but before I will once again try to find and fix the issue for the new owner (it will be hard to sell a CUPRA that starts like diesel). Probably cylinder head will be disassembled to replace valve steam seals and valve guides. Unless you solved the problem??? Any suggestions? Before the engine will be torn apart?

No, no different running issues for me. Obviously more condensation in winter so it's hard to tell what's new or worse. I also don't seem to use any if much oil, although the car doesn't get driven a huge amount. The true test will be summer for me when I can rule out the winter condensation on startup.
