Mk3 Golf Front Wipers

My mate is selling his Mk3 Golf 16v wipers and I wondered if they would fit the Leon?

He says they aren't standard and I quote "lightweight and curved" which I am guessing as Aero wipers?

He only wants a £10 so if anyone knows if they would fit let me know, so I can get them on!!!

Dont think that they will as when I had a mk3 I was told mk4 wipers wouldnt fit

From what I can see with a quick search on Google the Mk4 wipers will fit the Mk3's so I would say he has got the MK4 Aero ones. Could be wrong though. Is he selling the complete set including arms?

MK4 Aeros fit and they are 100% better than the standard rubbish.

Even if they don't fit, a tenner wont hurt the bank and I could get rid on the Bay!

Don't think they did which makes me think he may have put the MK4 ones on. Same length wipers as far as I can tell, 19' and 21'. It's just if the arms fit.

The arms are not a perfect fit on the Leon either. You have to either cut one of the blades down or as I have done as per Pabs guide have the passenger side one at a slight angle.

VAG parts did a conversion set with arms and blades. Had them on mine, it was a mix of mk4, TT, and passat parts to get the correct fit
