Excess Pollution Light on

I have a 04 Cupra & for about a month Ive had an engine symbol permantly on,in manual explains Excess Pollution.Ive noticed my fuel isnt lasting as long as it use too, maybe 250 per tank at a push How much can u get out of ur rides?Anyway Lambda Sensor came to mind any ideas similar experiences?

run vag-com on it mate ...should find the fault

Aye meant to do it few weeks back, but my mate has been in hospital he has a vag-com & wud be much cheaper.But was wondering if anyone knew from past experience.How much do u get out of a full tank?

320-340 miles. About 29.5 to 31.0 mpg on the computer. Driving some steady and some quicker open roads. Very little in town.

I've got exactly the same problem. Vag-Com flagged up a faulty font lambda sensor. £78 from GSF. You will need to check with Vag-Com though as it could be other things, but my money is on the front lambda.

Aye my mattes coming round with his Vag-com this week so find out for defenate,Cheers for the info should be easy enough to sort
