Rear wheel spacers

In the process of getting my Ronals refubished and its got me thinking about spacing out the rears to fill the arches better.
How thick a spacer would you recommend, which type, where do you get them and how much should I look to be paying?
I'm running 195-45-16 tyres on standard Ronal alloys, the suspension is also standard.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Im thinking of getting spacers for the rear aswell. I believe the verdict goes with 20mm hubcentric spacers on the rear. I think i read that the rear track is 40mm narrower than the front. Maybe be bull:help:. But 20mm certainly fills the arches alot better and pulls the wheel out enough to line with the arch.

I have seen many cheap 'non-hubcentric universal' spacers but the better qaulity ones are recommended for obvious reason. Pay around £40-£50 a pair.

Would depend on what offset your wheels are really?

As said, 20mm is popular for the rear with the front track being so much wider. Cheap spacers are available but i'd say stick with hubcentric H&R ones, more money but you get what you pay for.

Thanks for that lads, tried the search as suggested.
Contacted Andy at AC Car parts and he gave me price on a pair of 20mm hubcentrics with shallow head bolts, you then use the standard bolts to hold the wheel.
He was very helpfull and are reasonably priced, £52.50 inc. postage.
The part number is 608.
Will be ordering a pair over the next few days.

Im sure I got mine from there and I had to grind a few mm off the shallow head bolts as it was catching something inside my brakes (drums).
