I am torn between these two sets of wheels, just wondered what everyone's opinions are! I am getting 17's and its already lowered 30mm, just waiting for new wheels and spacers! Any other suggestions of black wheels are welcome too! thanks...

price is not too much of an issue but basically the top ones are around £500 a set with tyres (aint decided what tyres yet tho) and the bottom MAK ones are around £600!

im sure when a thew more people come online or see this thread they will put there ten pence worth in,but if your after practicality definatly the bottom ones they would look good on too,i do like the top ones but cant really comment on how they would look on and i can see they would be a right pain to clean the cupra wheels are bad enough.

The top ones are nice! :D in my opinion if you're going for black wheels, you need a polished lip on the edge! :D Makes weird things happen to my gentleman vegetables seeing a black car with black wheels and a polished lip.

Sorry got a bit carrie away there!

The top ones might struggle to clear the front brakes.

Mine aren't as deep as that and i had to get 6mm spacers to just clear the caliper

are these the wheels your suggesting when you tell people kei? i bet they would house my ap brakes too,do you think?

The wheels I was on about are Kei Racing wheels yes. Japanese light weight wheels. I presume they would clear your brakes! Look like they would....
