How do you change the O rings on LCR injectors

Hello all how do you change the O rings an seals on the injectors on a LCR? The rings dont look like they come off easy? got a slight leak of air on 1 injector so wanna change them all :confused:

I've never done this but change o rings all the time with my work.
The old seals can be cut off or use the wifes tweezers (don't tell her and she won't know;)) Watch for scraping or marking where the seals are as this could stop them from sealing properly.
The new seals boil some water and put them in bolied water to soften and expand, when very hot rub a small amount of cooking oil etc onto them to allow these to slip over the injector easily. But make sure, 100%, that everything is very very clean before doing this.
