Went and took a Bronze Leon Cupra for a test drive yesterday and today have given the garage a deposit :)
They have all the paperwork for the service history but no service book at the moment - hopefully the prvious owner will bring the book in before next weekend whe nI pick it up.
They're also going to do the cambelt which I have asked to do the water pump at the same time if I pay for the part - I've asked for the pump with the metal fitting as that is what I've read on this site is the one to go for. Yes/No?
I would like to say that I am sooooooooo excited - like a kid with a new toy :)
Will upload pics as and when I have them.
I'm also sure you'll all get to know me over the coming months as I'll be asking for plenty of tips and advice........

Yeah Test drive was good, even the wife was pleased, especially with the boot space as this was her only concern!
I also compared the image of the car against one on thissite in the Bronze colour with the Cupra R bodykit - I was pleasantly surprised whe nshe said "that looks much better" :)
I have found on ebay the front/rear and side kit for £394 with the p&p, then I guess I just have to add on the cost for the spraying along withthe door mouldings.

Is £394 a good price for this?

If it is the fibreglass kit i'd stay well away, many people have had issues with poor fitment and cracking. Try and get a genuine kit from a breakers or similar and have it sprayed to match :)
