Just read all through the thread, hope it gets sorted tomorrow. If you feel your self losing your temper then its propbably best to tell him you'll call back in 5 mins and calm yourself down then ring back again as you don't want to swear at them or they'll just be more of a pain in the ass. Also it might be taking things too far but if this bloke turns out and is as rude as the other bloke was, then it might be worth recording the call just so you have proof of what they've said if they start taking the piss or anything.
