Well here is my car totally standard. Bought it last Wednesday. its on almost 40k miles on a 55 plate.

I am set to be doing most the usual modifications and in the long run be running about 300bhp.

Plans:
Transfer private plate T11MKJ onto vehicle
HID kit like on previous car
Aero Arms on front
Fabia arm on rear
Light smoke tints all round
Maybe lower about 30mm
New centre console
Put Alpine x100 Headunit in from old car
Dump Valve
Panel Filter
Remap
FMIC

Well today i went to the DVLA office and transfered plate over.

I ordered a small plate for the front on wednesday but still not arrived so will be putting old plates on for the time being.

As well as that i went to skoda to order the fabia arm, they had no stock and part is on back order.
Then went to VW to order Aero arms from the MKIV, they only had OS in stock and NS is ordered for tomorrow and delivered to my work, but took the blades and OS arm, Paid £69 for those.

A friend of mine sent me a dump valve on monday, its a forge one not sure yet if split or recirc but should be here soon.

And last sunday i removed the smart nav the car came with, that was fun pulling the dash to bits! also need a new centre console trim as it was cut to incorporate the smart nav mount. At the same time i installed my alpine x100 headunit and ipod into the glovebox.

Sounds like you have a bit of a project on your hands, as above the KO4 will not give you 300BHP without hybridizing unless you give it a 50 BHP shot of NO2.
Are you doing the TIP aswell as this can be a weak link. With that sort of power your wanting upgrading the engine mounts is a good idea too to keep things more stable.

What do you plan to lower it on, springs and shocks or coilovers?

Well 300bhp wont be coming anytime soon but eventually aim to get there, this year will most likely only be a remap powerwise.. and yes engine mounts etc will be done.. as it stands im not finding the suspension a problem so possibly just springs but i went coilover route last time and its just not nice as a daily drive.

Very nice mate plans sound good too but i will say if your aiming for 300
i would get a decent coilover set up.

Well im not the only one at my work.. There is another guy at work who has had 3 leons and he is my ages and someone who has just been made redundant had a black LCR, also our parts guy has a K1 FR.

But seat are behind Audi so all the problems get fixed before hand

another tim with a new lcr, looking good mate. I have some similar plans, not sure about lowering yet so if this turns into your project thread i'll keep my my eyes peeled. Mine wouldn't be more than 30mm too but it's surprising how much that 30mm can become a pain in the arse at times lol

Hope yours is silver too and you will need a number plate simlair to mine.. yeah i scraped the splitter yesterday going out of a car park... my astra was lowered 80mm on coilies lol but that never became an issue unless speed bumps were too high, then again the leon has alot lower bumpers

Just noticed i haven't put any up to date pictures on here since february...

here it is now, biggest update really being lowering it and painting wheels. Should be remapped in november.

Swapped number plate
Fitted HID lights
Fitted Aero Arms
Fitted Fabia Rear Wiper
Lowered car 30mm
Fitted alpine x100 headunit and ipod
Fitted a dump valve and removed again
Fitted panel filter and removed again

Also fitted a C2 Aerial, and Painted wheels and bolt caps, Boot net, Drilled air box.
And on its way is a nomad pillar so I will fit a boost gauge this weekend.

Carbon 'S' badge possibly

Boost gauge fitted today, had to spray the surround of boost gauge black as it was silver, and scratched the bloody screen, but for now it will be ok.

yes mate thats rach, she is down there all day everyday, so no one can miss it lol
