Right then!

rearcoilover.jpg

It's hard to explain but here I go. The plate on the bottom of the adjuster (the thing the spring is sat on), that goes under the rear axle. The adjuster then sits on top and you bolt it through the rear axle.

The bit I have highlighted is the adjuster. Basically the bit in the middle of the spring is a huge threaded part. The bit highlighted is about a 5mm ring that the spring sits on. You turn it clockwise to higher the car (lift the ring higher up the thread - therefore compressing the spring more) or anticlockwise to lower the car more. :)

There is another smaller ring under this ring that you tighten up against the ring on the top - this stops it from moving, keeping the ride height where you left it!

Possible Boot Build Idea

What you think?

BootBuildcopy.jpg

it will be a false floor and a clear acrylic sheet (hopefully with a cut through seat logo) covering the sub.

the amp will be hidden as it ugly as its been rubbing against the back seat on 3 different cars.

and a few possible decals.

ps. Chris aka gamble i hope you like need to chat more about this tomorrow

Looks bit high from the rear ..?

it certainly was

Guessing you've not wound them right down then?

it was wound and is wound down to the lowest setting but as the front was down even further it was pushing the back up

i have now had the front raised (to stop the rubbing) and it has lowered the rear......it will also lower more when its bedded in.

heres a pic of it today after the front adjustment
