Exactly the same as mine! Trust me, you want the front coilovers on setting 1 (hardest) or 2 (second hardest) options 3,4,5 and 6 are far too bouncy.

did your kit come as 4 piece kit or did you have to put them together?

I've currently got those on 6 (the softest setting) as there's no weight at the back. But if I were to do it again, it'd set them harder. (about 3/4)

I fitted the rears and got a lad in a garage nearby to do the fronts for me. Couldnt be arsed with all the hassle.

The damping adjuster:

Rear spring and adjuster - front coilover - rear shock absorber:

Adjusting the rear shock absorber damping (needs to be done with shocker off)

the springs sit on a cup that twists up and down.
