Not picked what im after yet actually, but dont want clouds of darkness behind me when i floor it ;)

Who cares about what's behind? I don't look out the back window when driving. ;)

So you want to be inserted up the dirt track with road tax? And fuel consumption....

Well looks like im the latest one to write the car off, well dunno if its a write off but its in quite a nick

1am last night going round country roads at about 35 as it was snowing heavy and single track basically the whole way through.
Came to a corner where the single track had cut the corner so planned to do that but noticed another car coming so couldnt obviously. Meaning i'd to drive in the rough and no one had done, thought it'd be okay as i was doing about 35.

Ended up coming out of the corner, slid one way, then the other.. then the other again! Then passenger side went through a fence, wee lift off then landed facing the wrong way in the field.

& Being 1am the road was empty, so had to phone dad to come get me.
Cars still in the field as the owner was eventually driving by in the tractor and said it was fine.

On the phone to AA etc today to try n get it out the field. It can still start and move, mind you it was grounded in the mud. But passenger side is ****ed basically.
Dents on the back quarter & passenger door. Front wing looks like its been eaten!
Front bumpers hanging off and all the grills are... somewhere!
Bonnet bras ripped :( haha
Then just scratches and wee dents on headlights & bonnet etc

Will get pics up when i can

Just back from meeting the AA out at it

The cars in too far to the feild and in a weird place as the fields a drop down from the road. So got the farmer and hes gonna drag it over to the gate where its level with the road then organise a pickup.

Seen it in proper light today and its bad, wheels buckled, lotsa dents on passenger side, bumpers hanging off, all grills on bumper are about 20 feet away lol. Mirrors gone... somewhere!

Mayhem! Just when i was planning to get rid too

Well thats it in the garage awaiting an assesment, tractor had pulled it to the gate then we put it on the truck

Can still drive it, even tho the passengers tyres off. But the passengers wheel has been pushed back, which is worrying
Recovery guy said its more than likely a write off

But will keep updated when i know tomorrow =/

Tbh with the work needed doing, and it "only being a 1.2" it will be a write off I expect. You can pick them up so cheap these days so it's not worth repairing. :(

Hope it doesnt affect you too much when you get back on the road.

if it is a write off grab as much as u can possibly carry from it (including that cupra gear gaitor and handbrake cover for me lol), but i mean get stuff u could sell if it is a write off, least u will get some extra cash from it if they scrap it, still a kick in the nuts tho, considering u were gonna get rid of it!
