Has anyone got any photos of FR mk2 leon with twin exit exhaust without aero kit? Thinking of getting Miltek just wondered if it looks any good without the body kit!

Not an FR but no aero nonsense here:

It's a hybrid exhaust, 3" Milltek DP, Supersprint non-res and dual pipe back box.. It's reassuringly expensive, a full Milltek comes in roughly £850 cheaper...

what about the rear bumper? did you buy it or did you cut the existing one to fit the extra pipe?

I asked at the dealers and they said they whilst the exhaust would mechanically fit, you would have to have the plastic cut yourself.
Thing with the FR is that the tailpipe is dual so the hole on the left would be too big once only a single exhaust goes into it. :(

C&R's in Nottingham fitted it, yes the right side was cut to match the left, made a template from the left side, reversed it carefully positioned it (measure thrice, cut once), with regard to the FR, it might be worth getting a cupra rear valence for the larger cut out...

How much did it cost in total? Can you get just the valence? Would be better that way as you could keep the old one and the old exhaust and revert back to standard if need be. I assume that you only need to get the rear exhaust sections and not a full one?

It's the one that you can buy for the aero kit, it came off a petrol one and i had my back box cut off and the new one welded on to my TDI cost me £50 to have the work done

On the SEAT website the TDI and FSI are different exhausts. Are they pretty much the same?

Also, do you need to take the bumper off to get the black panel out?

Looks good.. One of our clients does some work for Blueflame an exhaust company, so might see how much they'll charge me to do it! :)

The back box is the same so cut it off the petrol exhaust and just used that as for the rest of the exhaust it is a slightly different shape near to the front, the black panel just pulls out but it's difficult to do but once you get one side to move it's easy then.
