I get the same thing, feels like the outside tyre skips sideways a bit?

I'm thinking top mounts for mine as the front shocks squeak over speed bumps.. i can see a suspension change in the semi-near future so it'll wait :)

Surrey darling...
Mines always slightly done this but only ever noticable on lose gravel in my car park... I just put it down to the wider rubber and angle the wheels tilt at when on full lock!

and while we're on the subject, the Leon has a seriously carp turning circle! does anyone know if the S3 was similar?

that's comforting :) mine only does it on wet tarmac / loose gravel / SNOW :D
The LCR's turning circle is bigger than a boeing 747 i think :cartman:

Its just the cupra R that has a poor turning circle which has a shorter steering rack. - possibly due to 18" wheels? or maybe just to be sportier as many leon cupras run 18" wheels ok.

The cupra has a tighter turning circle compared to the LCR.

i get this with my ibiza
think it might have something with EDL locking the wheel due to it thinking it losin traction

ok it is normal so nothing to worry about, its a cobination of things, something to do with wheel losing traction low profile tyres and it was so noticeable when it was cold due to tyres being cold and hard and talmac surface being slippery, thats why i noticed when it was cold and frosty

i think mine does this when its very cold and i reverse off my drive (full lock) and then (full lock) the other way to drive down the road... sound about right? only happens first thing and then i dont notice it but it seems to happen as the wheels come off the lip of the kerb

Mine does this too - I am getting my drop links and ball joints changed this weekend so I will tell you if it still does it! also could be down to the width of the tyres - only really noticed it the other day
