you never heard of xs-power manifolds?

crack tastic... but for the price give it a go and let everyone know how long it lasts before cracking on you.

my mate went through 4 of there de cats, eventually gave up, they are guaranteed for life, but last about 3 weeks, and then they keep sending the same product out but just a brand new one, so they crack again and again and again, cracky cracky

Crack aren't a problem if you have welding gear in the garage and coded welder at hand lol.
I've still got one of those ATP like cast manifolds that Adam & Mike imported from Canada or where every they got them from, no cracks in it........yet:)

I also have an ATP manifold which has no cracks on it and seems be go going alright.

Just a little question can you get bigger turbo's that fit onto these minifolds like the GT28RS Eliminator Turbo?? or are they just for Ko3s's. so if that will fit would i have to do any thing else? do you have to increace the diameter of the air intake pipe work to allow more flow?? I think i've got a 2.5 maybe 3' dia exhaust with high flow cat.

I would like put a bigger turbo on then put 440cc injectors and get it remaped to suit at a later date. Is this wise or should i do it all at the same time?

I dont know, me personally id change injectors. You can easily get a 3bar or swap your 4bar with someone

Dragging up an old thread but just wanted people's opinions on one factor of the JBS tubular collected manifold, as shown here:

As you can see, the header for cylinder 1 is considerably longer than 2, 3 and 4. Would this not cause starvation in cylinder 1 at high loads? As the gases are always going to take the shortest route then this design seems a little questionable that's all.

Thoughts/comments?
