Leon tdi 150 fr+ help needed

I have just taken possesion of this car but ive just noticed that it dosent quite pick up as such.
When accelerating, you dont get that sort of shove in the back when compared to a VW Bora TDI 130 with ASZ engine code (WHICH I PREVOIUSLY OWNED). Strangely, the best MPG i got out of the Leon FR+ was 37mpg (ON THE MOTORWAY). The car has 58,000 miles on the clock and one previous owner.
The Irony is that when i had the standard TDI 130 VW Bora, it made my stage one mapped Toledo 1.8 20VT feel slow.
But something seems to be wrong with this car. help

Best bet is put it on VAG COM, check for boost leaks and have a look to see if the EGR system is clogged up with crap.

will do that as soon as the next service is due.
ironically, i went to the main dealer to test drive an FR TDI 150
but there only a slight difference between both cars.
i will kewep this thread open for futher updates.
