Can a dealer paint your FR's 18" alloys black without having to order the Cupra versions? How much should it cost & also the same question for painting the standard mirrors?

hmmm?

The dealer should be able to do the wheels, but I'd check who they use as they may outsource it to somebody else who may or may not do a good job. Just thkining the paint could flake off.

Not sure about a straight painting of the wheel but I got a Cupra wheel refurbed for about £80 from an independant place and the job was superb.

My wife kerbed one of my wheels and I went balistic[:@] but have since kirbed two more myself:whistle:

Waiting for spring 09 (by which time i expect to kerb the last good one) and have a quote to strip 'all' wheels, repair and re-prepare in any colour i want, all for £220 +VAT

Cant choose between jet black (not gloss) or a really dark grey.

Hi
To get wheels painted would cost about £45 a wheel.
Also Degzy
Only one thing to mention about powder coating IS they should not do it at the std temp for powder coating.
Which i think is 220 but about 180 because i have heard about this weakening the alloy and the wheels breaking up
