Should help the looks and the handling! Don't know exactly what the drop is, maybe an inspection of the part codes on the shocks will reveal more info?

Anyway, this is how Martin's car stood on 16's (shamelessly stolen from his ad)

So I think it's probably somewhere around 40-60mm drop.

Might give you a shout re fitting them, you put the Jackson Tuning ones on yours?

Yeah put some fk's on the 1.4 too. Have a guide for a polo somewhere, but its pretty much the same for the ibiza.

Ha Praise the Lowered - Shall I get my Dad to sort him a sticker now John

Definitely up for a sticker! Let me know how to get hold of one mate. No rush mind, will look a bit daft when it's still in tractor mode.

Proper wheels.... can't win can I :p Going to start with some spacers for the back end with the current wheels, got a good 10k left of the Eagle F1s!

Maybe some mk3 Cupra alloys, Compomotive MO's?

Yeah, fair enough, didn't expect it to stop here! Let me get the bodywork sorted before I start splashing out on wheels though! Suggestions welcome of course.....

Ollie - let me know when you're next up this way mate!

Paint the arches with brown hammerite, should match your paintwork fine ;)

Then get some shiny rims on it, stand back, and smile :D
Don't get me started on rims again, you will get pm's off me for weeks when I find new sets ;)

Bites back comment about Ollie trying to involve Ant in his rimming fetish. :ban:

Cheeky git!

Brummy, maybe i'll hang fire on rims for the time being ;)

Tolly,
Hoping to do similar shows to last year (ultimate dubs, spring fest, inters, e38) but not sure if I'll be able to go to all of them. Certainly it will be lowered for UD, wheels will probably follow at a later stage.

I have set of rims you can throw on for ultimate dubs if we can get a few mk2 on the go (though thats dependent on my rims fitting)

And I'm only quoting the colour of your car from the DVLA

Tolly what shows are you planning on? Was it Spring Fest, Inters and E38 for you in 2008?

Ant

Ant I'm not planning on doing any shows next year cos it all depends on bubba and hubby co-operating. I would like to do Spring Fest, Inters and Ed38 again but it really is a case of playing it by ear.

Maybe I'll arrange a Coventry meet and try to get you to come to that ;)

Ah.... I forgot that baby might make it difficult to get to the shows!

Matt,
You not been to a show before? Well worth going to a couple if you can make it :)
