A diff definatly gives confidence round bends mate.
and FULLY adjustables
Diff will transform the car in the corners, fully adjustable coilovers, arbs etc etc but most importantly good tyres. Doesnt matter what suspension set up you have if you run crappy tyres.
not to sure really. stiffness will be limit of comfort for road use before compromising handling I would have thought. Tyre wise I was talking about quality ie get some really good grippy ones instead of just pretty good ones. Too wide tyres can also give less grip in certain situations.

Threadlock?
So you are on the OEM nuts with a slot cut in them? I've not have problems with these personally. Are you re-using them? I think they are a one time shot.
I would recommend nord-loc washers as others have said.
Also as a quick fix, you could wind two nuts onto the same thread and tighten them up against each other to grip the thread.
i spent 4 hours trying to do the nut up under the mani near the head what a pain it was but as soon as it was tight was lose again as though it was pulling the stud out of the turbo and not actually tighten up .
hope you get it sorted though mate i know its causing a problem on mine too.
yea think going to have to take mine to ADS to get nuts replced with proper ones and nordlock washers stop it from coming undone.
shame the nuts are letting down such a good manifold too.
