lol the R is a Northern Irish thing,

Being the weird and wonderful country that we are, all new drivers have to display an R plate (R meaning restricted) and you can only do 45mph, for the first year. Then you take the R plates off and can go whatever speed u like, untill 60mph of course lol.

Not that anyone sticks to 45 lol

It's actually been a year since theyve been on my car cos I passed my test on the 10th May so my second anniversary was a few weeks ago, but its a really old photo

Finally tracked down some SEAT Sport OZ Super Turismos, courtesy of the Accessories Wanted section.

So here they are:-

And also temporarily sorted the exhaust with a chrome tailpipe end. Not a permament solution but definelty looks better than the standard with it poking down behind the bumper.

Let me know what you think!

On the look out for side skirts and plan to lower it at some stage.

SERE Motors in Belfast, theyre a SEAT dealer.

B pillar vinyl was dirt cheap about £4 for each bit so £12ish in total

Grille was about £90-£100 iirc. But it's worth it. Makes a world of difference to the front end!

Very nice! How much did the front bumper set you back, and where did you get it from please

It was free lol:p

It's just the standard bumper with the bottom colour coded and the sections cut out and some mesh stuck on behind.

All done by me and my dad.

Saved a good bit of money and it looks almost as good as a Cupra bumper lol

Thanks, the wheels are definitely the most striking mod. Also put 20mm spacers on tonight so they're looking even better.

Cupra suspension should hopefully arrive on Friday, once I get it fitted it will be looking really well

Excellent!! What did you use to stick the mesh behind the bumper??

Sorry for all the questions, I'm tempted to try this myself

hey i was wondering where could i get a performance back box from?
i have a 2000 1.4 sport as i cant find any i was thinking of modifying a polo exhaust as i have been told they have the same engine as i dont live near anywhere that makes custom exhausts

If you use the search tool you will probably find what your looking for.

Powerflow would be the easiest option, although they're not the best exhaust around... But it would do.
