If you only want the ride to improve go for ARB's
If you want the ride height to improve to about 15mm drop then go for FSD's shocks and Eibach springs with improved handling.
If you wanty it all get the 'full ensamble' get the coilovers (which will allow better drop and adjustablitiy, incase you want to track it) with the ARB's for a tight set up.
I have no experience of this set up. This will be a harder set up and the only way you could get an idea how it feels is to get a spin with someone who has this done. I know a guy who has the KWV1's on a Leon cupra, he is now getting ARB's fitted to compliment his set up. His car feels very planted on smooth roads but haven't had the full experience on all road types.
