HI Bill

that would be VERY much appreciated thanks. I am sure its just something simple which I am missing

I see you are in Gloucester, which is about 2 hours drive from me, so I would have to take the day off work to visit you

I am happy to pay for your time if need be :)

Im about 20 miles south of Readings main M4 junc and it takes me about 2 hours depending on traffic to get to Bill. Made it home in very just over an hour last time but it was a little late and the roads were quite quiet.

Fingers crossed for you, hopefully mine will be back together next week too!

cheers Rob

very minor update today. Just ordered 2 meters of 90mm cold air duct for the induction kit, as currently it's just drawing in hot air

I will feed this down to the front bumper, but has anyone got any pics of their setup, as with some kits you can fit an alloy end type connector which smartens up the look of it and slot this into the bumper (if that makes sense)

107mm, that would be interesting trying to fit that down the side. 90mm should suffice though

yeah, actually reminds me of the Corsa boys, call good moff!

plus you dont want to go and start cutting up your grills do you unless you remove your fogs and put it to there?

I was thinking of the passenger fog, but not sure how that would look really

decide on the day I guess

well the car is in a poorly state right now

managed to limp to AMD in Woking today (had a few hairy moments trying to get out of a junction I can tell you!!)

anyway, it is either the master cylinder or the O ring I think he said

either way the latter of the two is a gearbox out job and ££££££££ and I could really do without this. been working hard to get the car all prepped for E38 and now I have a feeling it's going to let me down :(

I will know later today what the issue is.

it was also leaking brake fluid (red hand brake light started flashing at me on the way to AMD) and it seems to be drinking coolant like anything, but I cant spot a leek........

to be continued............
