Trust me I wish I had the car in my hands ... who cares about the trims lol :D

Jokes aside I am just as curious as you are.

No guys this is not the crappy stuff - carbon look style - trims. I believe it is clear they are different stuff, seriously. If you see on their site they do carbon fiber look trims as well but they are half the price.

To clear this up for me as very interested,

This is a stick on kit, not a replacement for original panels is it ??

That 2nd site looks a whole lot cheaper than the first!!!!

Its not actually that bad is it?.... i mean its £60 just for some brushed aluminium door & speaker trims (6 pieces) and i think it would look a whole lot better than that!

Its a stick on kit but you can see the fiber inside and at the ends you can see the carbon sheet. Trust me if it was a replacement for the plastics the whole kit would be €2000 not €200. The finish is great I must say and the sticker behind is nothing I have seen so far, its something more exotic than the plain double sided tape.

The options with the dashboard and the rest are simple. You can leave them as is, stick this kit on, stick a carbon look (or any other) vinyl on or paint them. I thought this was the best option. I any case is something reversible and that's a plus. Have in mind that thickness wise is not that thick.

It looks nice, but getting genuine carbon fibre , then sticking it onto the plastic kinda defeats the purpose imo ? If it were a repacement for the plastic I would certainly have gone for it ...

True but you would be lucky to get one piece of genuine carbon fibre for the price of this whole kit...

I wish I had the car to put it on and take some photos. My apologies for not being able to show you the complete picture. If only someone else in here buy it and try it, otherwise you'll have to wait painstakingly as I do :(

the wowtrim site is much more expensive than the edashkit site that richybig man posted.
the 20pc std trim kit is just over $200 and shipping is 40 something which brings it to $240-250ish

which converts quite nicely into pounds i think :D

Yeah about £100 less for exactly the same thing, very strange.... the thing that is putting me off is that it doesn't appear to have the curved piece that goes over the instrument cluster? or am i looking at the templates wrong?

you mean part #11 for the spedo?
as far as i could see they are both the same 20pc kit. only difference is one is left hand drive (#E-STLN05D) and the other is right hand drive (#R-STLN05D)

not sure if that helps

Converted the USD @ 1.95

BTW, thats the total cost, not just the shipping cost.

Looking at the kit again, you dont get the bit that curves over the dash/tacho binicle, so I'm now not impressed.
