Indicator Stop working

Hi Guys

I think my indicator relay is gone, I already check fuses & Stalk all fine.

Now I need your urgent help

Do we have a guide how to replace it or where I can find this relay in my car?

also if anyone can advise me where is the best place to buy this relay or its only a Dealer part?

Its 1.6 2000 model Leon

The relay is built into the hazard warning switch.

You need to carefully remove the plastic surround, then you can prise out the switch.

You can buy a replacement from the dealer.

But - before you do - what happens when you press the hazard warning switch?

Hi Mate
If I press hazard warning its working fine, it’s just when I use stalk to indicate
It works only for few seconds then stops.

I doubt it's the relay then.....

i opened the steering wheel & take the stalk out to see & all is fine
also there is no free play in stalk.

TBH the only way to see if it's faulty is to try another if possible.

Do all your bulbs acutally work as well?. Have you checked each one is flashing?.

No i haven't check that but i will check all tonight & let you know.

yeah - you may have a loose connection between the bulb and the connectors in the holder. I had this. If you think it is this all you need to do is bend in the metal prongs so the bulb has a better contact.

its a RELAY because when indicators stop working & I touch the relay they start working
for a bit then they go off again.

so now I have to go & get the relay

i have an indicator issue too... everything works fine when I indicate right but when i go left the indicates flash rapidly and the front one doesnt flash at all...
Please help on what to change...

wheres the best place to get a relay replacement from ?? they seem like gold dust...

Sounds like a blown bulb, try it on the hazards>

Have changed the bulb and still nothing.. also sprayed the electrical connections...
the light doesnt work with stalk or hazard switch....
all lights (apart from front left) flash normal on hazards but go wild with stalk..

Check there is 12 v there when in use, IIRC the connections can be dodgy
