^^^Blimey, that looks pretty daunting trying to connect that all back together correctly?

Will be good to see the pics of the K04 install when you get going ;)

It's not to bad, but i have done it a few times now, first time i fitted it all up i couldn't help thinking what have i done

Im hoping to fire it up this week if i get the bits i need, just a few bits of silicon and exhaust are all that are holding me up

Midweek update

Well it's almost there, how many times have i said that before

Exhaust is all bolted on, lamdba's fitted and plumbed in, ecu programmed ready for firing up, injectors in, charge pipe on and gauges all fitted and ready

Hopefully i'll be getting a nice big delivery of pipework from forge tomorrow which will mean i can finish the heater matrix piping and get tip and airbox fitted up

Only pic i have at mo is the engine bay

The plan is to get to more shows and track days this year and next year so i'm sure you'll see it soon!

It's still not running how i want it tho!!

Little update

It's in a drivable state but im trying not to use it untill i get a few more bits done

I've made up, removed and re-worked the pipework to the heater matrix due to the tip now being in the way, it's now running a mixture of silicon and alloy pipework so will hopefully last a while

Still waiting on my air filter from jetex so i modded the standard airbox to accept the 80mm maf, i think the airbox is restricting flow tho because when ive logged it the readings are pretty low

Battery has now found it's way into the boot, just waiting on the tray so i can bolt it all in properly

I've got a feeling im in for another few expensive months as there's a few bits i don't think are up to the job and i may get it mapped again depending on how it drives when the other jobs are done

Will try and get some more pics over the weekend if i get a chance

Like you said earlier mate, with a decent filter and cold air feed hopefully it'll pull even better! Just hope the intercooler holds up!
