Its a narrow band tho so it wont give accurate a/f readings as the voltage switches as its only accurate over a small range of AFR around stoich.
Either get a wideband or forget block 031.

:edit: Actually, I don't think it's laggy once it's spooled, it's very responsive at 4k+ rpm.
he had a big spike at 4k, the eliminator isnt that much more laggy, looks smoother though
its the waiting till 4k bit for high 200 low 300bhp ish bit...
If they have good transient responce like you say why are they so slow to get going? They're not that big a turbo after all
