They are imported all year round, but are at their best from mid June to late August.

Saturday night is Hog Roast night............

The plan, to kill a pig, and roast its dead carcus over a fire pit ( or a bar b q )

So what we are short off is a large Bar B Q, is anyone that is coming able to bring one along with enough Charcoal to make the oinker nice and crispy.

Keith is currently designing the Spit ! ( no jokes please )

I will source the swine, and if we can split the cost it would be greatly appreciated.
