Anyway problem sorted, it was the MAF.

I think my first Coil pack has gone, loost boost, and it sounds like i'm driving a cross between a scooby, a harley, and a 3 wheeler! LOL
Cant get the bast@rd last coil off to check it either, though I suspect that this is the faulty one. Grrr.

forbez- exactly the same problem as mine! new coilpack arrived this morning from vagparts, hopefully it was that! vag-com said misfire on cylinder 4, moved coilpack to cylinder 1, and then code changed to cylinder 1. so had to assume coilpack!

I remember doing my 249 bypass, it was easy. Phil and Jonzy, did it for me!

And thank them for it i do!

Phil and Jonzy made it look so easy, i felt ashamed, but tbh they were both trying to help with another issue, and did that as a preventative measure.

just fitted my n75j valve and new coilpack. what a difference that valve has made. pulls so much harder now. wasn't expecting it to do that at all! fingers crossed no limp mode!

help. done my bypass and i know it is correct! folowed the pictures to a t! now my car is running like a bag of ****! will not rev past 2500. i had a problem earlier with it starting!

i have however put new pipes on for the fuel line.

anyone think of anything it could be

check the hose going to the actuator and dump valve are correct
