yes I know, so after my warrenty is up I'm gonna fit the heated glass and wire them up myself to the heated rear screen switch via a relay
the glass is the same as a mk1 leon AFAIK so should be easy to get
heated mirrors I have hardly used them the mirrors hardly get steamed or icy at all, would much rather have ones that fold in when you park!
do they not stay dry when it's raining then if you have them on ?
my old mk3 mirors were heated and kept the glass dry in the rain and my astra has them too and they seem to stay dry in the rain
maybe the mk4 ones don't get very warm then
if you feel like the OEM look there is allways these if you feel like splashing the cash!
thats not that bad considering they are genuine parts and have 2 £45 temp controlled switches as well
the parts list i have for mine genuine parts is over £350 without the wiring loom
saying that i've been robbing golfs/audi's @ the scrappy as i want em in all 4 seats

What Im thinking of doing is getting tha £60 kit depending on whether you can feel it through the seats (might put it under padding the you wouldnt be to). Running the cable under the seats and under the centre console and wiring it to a button that is a genuine seat one like an ESP button. I dont have it but I would look very OEM then.
