38 Mpg

Drove back from sheernees last night and i got an avg of 38 mpg i did keep to the speed limit but still thought this was pritty good for a mapped LCR.
Whats the best you guys have had ?

I got 420 miles from a tank in my (mapped) LC once cruising through france/switzerland..... mainly due to a lack of decent petrol stations than attempting a record!!!

i've seen 38 mpg+ on a 225 engine

Everyone has different mpg - I vary between 300-350 per tank, depends on journeys etc. But 38mpg is pretty good going.

Very good, my friend grannied it back on a 150 mile journey and managed 39mpg. We were shocked.

in my diesel i manage 40 mpg easily lol
but 38 sounds good for a lcr

best i've had on a run is 36mpg. thats mainly down to a 50 limit on the m4 slowing me down

Plymouth to Aylesbury 250 miles, sat at 85mph on the M5, 80mph on the M4, 40/50 on the A roads fuel came in at 33.3mpg. standard unleaded

Only had mine for a week (Cupra R 05) still heavy with right foot, but getting about 28mpg.

I think the map sensors knackered.

ok ok ive not got a LCR but i get about 26mpg through town and about 38 motorway

i do have a heavy right foot though

Its struggling to get anywhere near mid 20's!
