Cruise Control

Yet another fault with our beloved Cupra....

Cruise control isnt working now along with the washers which Seat UK have no fix for!!!!!!!

Beginning to think the car is jinxed

Surely they must have a vague clue as to what the problem is?

If they don't, shouldn't they be offering you a replacement car? There must be some consumer law that states that if something fails within warranty period and cannot be fixed the customer is entitled to a replacement...

They said the same thing about the brakes on my girlfriend ibiza, not a serious fault but they'll knock everytime they're applied from now on.

Sorry to ehar about your problems. Surely if the washers are not working its a safety issue that they HAVE TO resolve.

Perhaps you could argue that the car is not fit for purpose and ask for an exchange!!

I had constant issues with the CC on my Golf, apparantly there was a batch of bad indicator stalks and this is the problem... Do you have a CC light to tell you it is active? With the Golf, the CC would either never come on or it would come on and as soon as I indicated it would cut out.

Yes Cupra has a CC light but neither the light or cruise control is working..Its going in monday so fingers crossed

Do you have the Bluetooth and Large MFD by the way?

My Cupra doesn't have the CC light

Probably one of those funny things that comes only with certain options like the Washer Fluid Warning Light does... (or randomly)

I've got the same issue, my CC wont work at all, ive only just picked it up and isnt working. How did Seat resolve your issue?

Mines only done 410 miles
